BuyCloudAccounts provides verified cloud provider accounts for purchase, including accounts for AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, Oracle, Hetzner, and other providers. Each account is individually tested before delivery and sold as described on its product page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of any account will comply with applicable laws and the relevant cloud provider's terms.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and payable via the cryptocurrencies we accept (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP, SOL). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery
Account credentials are delivered to the email address you provide, typically within the delivery window stated on each product page (commonly 2–8 hours, and as fast as 30 minutes for some providers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and verification.
5. Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for how you use any account you purchase. You agree not to use accounts for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, and to comply with the terms of service of the relevant cloud provider. We are not responsible for actions taken by the cloud provider in response to your usage.
6. Replacement Guarantee
Eligible accounts include a replacement guarantee as stated on the product page (commonly 7 days). If a verified account fails to function as described within the guarantee window, we will replace it at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyCloudAccounts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an account or our website.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
