We stand behind every account we sell. This Refund & Replacement Policy explains our guarantee, what's covered, and how to request a replacement or refund if something isn't right.
1. Replacement Guarantee
Accounts marked with a replacement guarantee (commonly 7 days) are covered against failure. If a verified account stops working or does not function as described within the guarantee window, we will replace it free of charge. This is the fastest way to resolve any issue.
2. What's Covered
The guarantee covers accounts that:
- Do not log in with the credentials provided.
- Do not include the access, credit, or quota described on the product page.
- Stop functioning within the guarantee window for reasons not caused by your usage.
3. What's Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover accounts suspended or limited due to your own activity, violations of the cloud provider's terms of service, or issues reported after the guarantee window has expired. Misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity void the guarantee.
4. How to Request a Replacement
Contact our support team via Telegram or live chat with your order details and a description of the issue. We verify the problem and provide a replacement account promptly — usually within a few hours. Please report any issue within the guarantee window.
5. Refunds
Because accounts are delivered digitally and verified before sale, our default remedy is replacement. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where a suitable replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds are issued in cryptocurrency to the wallet used for payment.
6. Bulk & Reseller Orders
Bulk and reseller orders are covered by the same guarantee on a per-account basis. Contact us for details on dedicated support arrangements for high-volume partners.
